The Blue Gourmet is a B2B player and it includes artisan breads, bread products, chocolates, chocolate products and desserts that are organically produced. We source our own beans from Kerala, straight from the farmer and get it roasted which means there is no middle man so it’s SLO - Sustainable, Local & Organic. It is a bean to bar process; We also extract our own coco butter, produce gluten free breads, sour dough breads and to top it off, we produce our own ice creams with A2 milk and Almond Milk!

BEAN TO BAR PROCESS

The origin of our cacao beans are from sustainable resources in India. We follow traditional methods of stone ground once fermenting and roasting process of the cacao beans are complete.

Our unique small batches of chocolates are made with either Khandsari Sugar or Refined Sugar, based on your preference.


Khandsari Sugar is a simple sugar, that is extracted from liquid jaggery, making it the healthiest alternative to Refined Sugar.


We have three variants available - 48% with A2 Milk, 55% Dark Vegan and 70% Dark Vegan
